Thank you! The mature trees were one of the reasons I really loved this property, it was one of the things I wanted that you can't get in a new subdivision.

Your yard is beautiful. I wish they had more houses in California like that but alas it's pretty much all subdivisions.

And the swing is so cool. We used to have one in our yard back when I was a kid. I miss swinging.
