Yeah, if they sparkle in my story, it's a sign that they're an Uchiha. It's a defining trait for them. Only they can sparkle. [ She states this as if it's a fact everyone should know, like the sky is blue or water is wet or something. ]

Any Uchiha is a race of vampires that were exterminated by one of their own, Itachi Uchiha, who is actually a Wereweasel but that plot twist comes later. They're renowned for their abilities to manipulate fire, lightning, and copy any technique their opponent demonstrates. They're also not too bad in hand to hand combat, either, and they can use some illusions.
