Now this is a love song!! All nice and odd and creepy. Granted, Rob likes stalker songs so, why can't I like this one? I've been meaning to put it on here since I got the c.d. but kept forgetting. I was reminded to yesterday when I heard it for the first and last time on funky munky. He got a bunch of shit about it from both fans and coworkers

Except when the "leave yourself intact" verse comes back, he says "I won't be coming back" and "I loved you." I'm not sure if you are familiar with the story of Coheed and Cambria, their four children, and Coheed's brother Jesse, but "Wake Up" is actually from the point of view of a guy (The Writing Writer) who has already lost his lover (Erica Court; she was unfaithful)... dun dun dun. I love that band.

Yeah, I know I'm a bit creepy coming on here and posting on your journal, but what can I say, I just like to know how Rob is doing every once in awhile, 'n you write more about his life than he does. Haha.
