so ur icons r really fun. I'm new 2 live journal and i'm not sure how to make an icon post like this, i've got some dr who icons and stuff i've made that i wanna post, so could u let me know how to post it?? Please and thanks!

well it depends on what you want to post, but to post basically you just click on "post an entry" or "update journal" and you type in what you want, if you are posting images you need a photo hosting site like photobucket or imageshack :) i hope that helps some.
