Caps Request Post.
Here you can request caps. I'm mainly doing this for Friends, since they dont appear to be anywhere on the internet. If you want to attempt requesting something else you might find, give it a shot, I might have it =)
Rules :
- Join the comm. This way you'll know when your caps are posted and other caps are. Its a small thing to ask I feel =)
