Be sure that when you have the submission and voting posts to make sure that the comment screening is on default. When you post the results, make sure that the comment screen is disabled (meaning that people can see each others comments).

If you need a song, go to the profile and look for the theme submission post. There are lots of songs that we can use. Pick the best one.
The challenge should run for about 7 days.
You can look at my previous submission post and see how it is set up, but basically you should have an LJ cut for the lyrics (title of song and artist) and an LJ cut for the rules for submission.
Half way through the week (like Thursday morning) you should post a mid-week reminder post, letting people know how many icons have been submitted and reminding them to submit icons.
I'll be around today so I can take a look at your post and make sure that it is to spec.
