I am getting the very disconcerting vibes of an exceedingly drunk Hisagi Shuuhei. He seems like an awkward character, but he's comfortable with himself...

... and I will stop trying to rationalise this, and just say that your application had me playing ou a scene of Shuuhei being dragged to a bar by all the fukutaichous and forced to become drunk off his friggin' ass before being made to take a questionaire, in which he managed to scrap together some semblence of officiality.
