I'm actually seeing Ise Nanao. You mentioned you were "athletically impaired", were a bit lazy but when something had to be done you'd do it straight away. She seems like that kind of woman.

That practically screams Nanao-chan. She does have a sense of authority around her (even if Kyouraku never listens), she is acomplished, talented and arrogant too. She's the one for you :)
