Thanks Cali! And also, as our RP-fight advisor, Ishida-mun mentioned, the average student level will be at lesser-shinigami/shinigami student. [can generally range from average-human to shinigami level]

Instructors' average are at captain-level. [Instructor stat levels are capped at Vizard/Espada, nothing beyond that. General range will be around seated-shinigami to espada level.]

Of course, everyone is allowed to go some levels beyond their average for a particular stats, just have to make sure to keep it balanced with a weaker stat. Generally, we'd want our main baddies/monsters to have the higher levels, Vizard/Espada or above. So we can have more fun kicking their asses~
