[Ichigo's still getting the hang of this whole nexus thing, but the smell of food leads him to the kitchen rather easily. He enters the room in time to overhear Orihime's question and he smiles faintly to himself as he leans against the doorway, hands tucked into his pockets.

Some things never change. And after all the crazy stuff he's seen lately, here and back home, he's glad for it.]

[ Folding in peas, she tries not to squash them too much in the cookie dough, kneading it out. ]

[Pushing off from the doorway, Ichigo hurries over to the pot, picks up a spoon, and starts stirring. Yuzu got all the talent for cooking in the family, and everything else that wasn't sports-related, but he could certainly stir a pot of stew.]

It's my first attempt at cooking for as many people as possible. Who knows when they last had a decent meal? Even Nel-chan must get hungry sometimes.

[Though they're technically the same age, this Orihime has yet to do anything so fancy with her hair- the best she's got right now is a bun that looks dangerously close to falling loose and a slightly more rugged look. She's just poked her head in curiously, having smelled some wonderful cooking.]

If you're making cookies or muffins, it doesn't really matter, I think.

Hmm, would you like to take half the dough and make your own? The selection of cookies can increase if there's two of us.

I think it depends on if they're dehydrated peas or not!

That's why I said it depends! If they're canned, you could strain them and put them in last so they don't get beaten up by the mixer! But if they're dehydrated, you can add them in first because they'll stand up better to it!
