I finally spent a yarn-shop gift certificate that I've had since my birthday last year. I spent it on a day that started with me giving a hula-hoop-making workshop and ended surrounded by people I love and don't see nearly enough of. I spent it just in time for this year's birthday - I bought Debbie Bliss hot pink Pure Silk from Mabel's. A bunch
