Temple Skirt

I was browsing crochet links the other day and came across this skirt (the black one on the top of the page). It occurred to me that it probably wouldn't be terribly difficult to make, and that it might not even be too hard to make it adjustable for a range of sizes by making an overlap in the waist in back or on the side. Sewing Lycra is quite easy if you sew at all. I'm definitely no seamstress, but I've made a few things over the years without difficulty. That flat panel shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, depending on the closures. 10 if it's just a stretchy panel you drag on. (i.e. not adjustable.)
