Over the weekend, one of my professors, Dr. Alan DeSilva, was in a car accident and passed away. I only had him for one class, but he was a pretty nice guy, easily approachable and very enthusiastic about the material. He will be missed by both the faculty and the students that he has taught. Update 2
I cooked the actual garlic bread longer. Everybody else thinks it is fine, but I feel sick from eating it.

Current Christmas Eve dinner update 1
I was in charge of doing the Garlic bread. Apparently, "Garlic French Bread" does not include any garlic butter. Who knew?
Also, the other loaf, which did have garlic butter in it, has it layered so thick, it poses a health risk. And tastes terrible. -
So that's why she is so familiar.
