No, no. Look at that; all th' peices are lumpy. Here, watch--[he's grabbing one himself] First, ya cut it down the middle. [he does so, quickly slicing it down the middle] Then y'take one half-[he puts it flat-side down on the cutting board] n'make three cuts-[he makes three lengthwise slices in it]-n' then a couple more th' other way. [he makes about seven or eight cuts horizontally, so the pieces are all about the same size] There. That way, y' don't have any odd-sized bites in yer mouth. [he sets the other half face-down on Jim's cutting board] Yer turn.
