PULP - Penny Dreadful: Blasphemina's Closet Spring/Summer 2009 Collection Show Samples
All garments as-is (since they are show garments, there may be a few small imperfections, but nothing noticeable unless noted, Sizes are 34-28-36. The skirts have some give (especially the pink one, which has an elastic waistband in the underskirt and a sash tie in the overskirt). The LUXURIA is an under-bust dress so the front is fairly free.

Veruca
Corset is made from a velveteen fashion layer, two strength layers, and a lining of cotton calico. The edges of
the top and the straps have been ruffled for a girly touch, and there is a sheer dotted tulle overlay on the
side front panels of the corset. This corset closes at 24", and is suitable for those with up to a 30" natural
waist.
Blouse is made from 100% cotton shirting with a bib-style overlay of the dotted tulle, as well as gathered tulle
at the sleeve cuffs. This blouse fits up to a 34" bust, and is best suited for those with up to a b-cup bust.
Skirt is made from two contrasting grey cottons with yet more overlay of the dotted tulle, and includes a unique
bubble-line of puffs across the front of the skirt. The elastic waist on the skirt can accomodate up to a 42"
hip. Also included is a matching light grey petticoat, with an elastic waistband that extends up to 42".
This full outfit would normally cost $350 for the corset, $100 for the skirt, $85 for the blouse, and $35 for
the petticoat, for a total of $570. Since they have been worn previously in fashion shows, they have light wear

Marianne
The cinched corset waisted skirt is a true collaboration, having been worked on by both Scoundrelle's Keep and
Blasphemina's Closet. It is made from 100% cotton fabric in plum. Steel bones provide the shape for the cincher,
as well as 2 layers of strength and a lining of cotton calico. Buckles march up the center back, adding a hard
edge to this feminine skirt. The corset closes at 28", and the edges can be overlapped and laced to reduce an
additional inch if needed.
The blouse is a Blasphemina's Closet 'Tertia' style, made from a cotton poly blend with a hint of stretch. It is
suitable for up to a 37" bust.
This full outfit would normally cost $350 for the cinched skirt, and $75 for the Tertia blouse, for a total of
$425. Since they have been worn previously in fashion shows, they have light wear and tear, and they are

Jeanette
The blouse features a pointed-hem blouse with full sleevese as well as an upper and lower cuff. It comes with 2
black leather buckled belts for each sleeve. It is made from a rich plum cotton sateen, and will fit up to a 33"
bust.
The cincher is made from a black herringbone twill, with 2 strength layers and a lining of cotton calico. It is
fully boned, with decorative braid along the seams and ruffles along the edges. It also features 3 leather belts
with buckles marching up the center back. It closes fully at 21", so it is suitable for someone with a 25-26"
natural waist.
The knickers are a quirky addition to the outfit, and are made from pinwale black corduroy with plum stripes up
the outside leg seams and leather buckled belts at the calf. The elastic waistband will accomodate up to a 40"
hip comfortably.

Made from a mix of cottons and synthetic materials, this pinafore dress features a button-up flap on the front
and ruffles on the sides of the jumper. It fits up to a 34" bust.
The blouse is the Arisu style from Blasphemina's Closet, and is made of a cotton poly blend with a hint of
stretch. It is suitable for up to a 37" bust.
This full outfit would normally cost $270 for the jumper, and $80 for the Arisu blouse, for a total of $350.

Madeleine
The vest features a smooth cotton blend black fabric with asymmetrical button-front closure. Decorative Green
ruffles and a hand-stitched heart accent this cute vest, which fits up to a 35" bust.
The blouse is basic in styling but elegant when paired with the other elements in the outfit. It is made from
100% cotton and will fit up to a 35" bust.
The knickers are a quirky addition to the outfit, and are made from pinwale black corduroy with green accent
ties at the calf. The elastic waistband will accomodate up to a 40" hip comfortably.
The belts and pouch sling make for a great accessory. The belts adjust up to 43".

Esme
The blouse features a severely pointed collar and puffed sleeves with a narrow cuff at the bicep, and is made
from 100% tonal striped white cotton shirting. It will fit up to a 36" bust.
The mermaid skirt is made from a refined dark grey pinstriped suiting, and fits up to a 24" waist and 36" hips.
It features a full built-in petticoat that provides additional flare to the bottom ruffles.
The corset is a Nixia underbust from Scoundrelle's Keep, and is made from a high-quality herringbone woven wool,
with steel bones, two strength layers, and a cotton calico lining. It features a busk in front, and laces in the
back. This corset closes at 23", and is suitable for someone with up to a 28" natural waist.
The vest-style belt is a unique design from Blasphemina's Closet, and features faux pockets on the front, with a
antiqued chain and an apple-shaped locket hanging from the end. It ties in the back with thick grosgrain ribbon.
It ties closed at 20", but will accomodate far larger if needed.

The blouse features full sleeves with dual cuffs at the wrist and the bicep, and delicate lace along the pointed
collar. The blouse fits up to a 31" bust, and is best suited to a modest b-cup bust.
The corseted dress is a unique design from Scoundrelle's Keep, combining a lola corset with a theatre skirt into
one streamlined garment. 4 drawstrings allow the wearer to cinch up the skirt and ruch it for texture. The
corset waist is built with steel bones, two strength layers, and a lining of cotton calico. It closes at 20", so
it is suitable for up to a 24" natural waist.
The skirt is a full-length petticoat styled skirt, made from 100% cotton in an apple green color. It is floor
length and fits up to a 40" hip. Also included is an extra-full petticoat made from unbleached muslin, made to

The blouse is made from a 100% cotton dark grey tonal stripe shirting, and features puff sleeves with cuffs, a
ruffled high collar, and ruffles down either side of the button plackets. The blouse will fit up to a 38" bust.
The corset is a Josephine overbust with a unique snap-on stomacher panel with a heavy duty zipper underneath. It
features silk dupioni fashion fabrics, steel boning, two strength layers, and cotton calico lining. The corset
closes fully at 22", and is suitable for up to a 27" waist. As this is an overbust, it is recommended for up to
a c-cup bust.
The overskirt features pleating, ruffling, and decorative grosgrain ribbon. It is made from 100% cotton tonal
shirting in black and dark grey. It is split up the back, and features a tie in the back made with black and
purple cotton. The skirt ties entirely closed at 23", but can accomodate larger waists.
The underskirt is a knee-length petticoat with layers of gathered fabric, made from a dark gunmetal grey cotton,
and fits up to 45" hips.
