I'm sorry about that stupid guy, but, yay for cosplay?! In Santa Cruz, the day of silence was on April 18th, but it was kind of like, a lot of people were carrying around a notepad and pen, so that took away from the point... yeah.

Teehee. I always have a notepad and pen on me, 'cause I write constantly. But since I was international, no one knew about it. I introduced it to Taiwan, Germany, Belgium, etc. Lol. I also learned how to write "I am not speaking today" and "Day of Silence" in Chinese. That was cool...lol.
