My traveling karma has affected Richard. He booked his flight from Reno to Oakland. They corrected it but he's delayed.

I've done the same thing before, luckily it was on Southwest so I could use the credit another time... so I ended up just switching my flight arrangements, using miles and taking the trip anyway.
