It's that time again, friends -- this week's DC comics advance reviews. Let's see what we have this time...

Batman: Son of the Demon (Great) -- Traditional-format reprint of the classic graphic novel.
Battler Britton #2 (Good) -- Slow opening, okay fight sequence.
The Creeper #1 (Fair) -- Steve Niles starts the Creeper over from square one.

After reading your review I feel like maybe I'll have to give Galactic Bounty Hunters a try. When I was first exposed to Kirby's art many years ago I didn't like it. (On the other hand, I loved John Buscema right away.) I had started reading comics at the very end of the eighties and Kirby's work is far removed from what was being done then. But as I got more back issues and exposed myself to the variety of styles from the old days I came to see just how much skill and passion Kirby had.
