RIP, Andreas

I just found out that Andreas Katsulas, best known as Ambassador G'Kar from Babylon 5, has passed away from lung cancer. Anyone who knows me knows that B5 is one of my all-time favorite TV shows, and Katsulas was without a doubt the finest performer the show had. Besides B5, his career included many characters on various incarnations of Star Trek,

I came into work this morning, logged onto my email, and saw JMS's post on Andreas. It was a very depressing way to start the morning. He was an excellent actor, and as you said, we are diminshed by his loss. G'Kar was one of my favorite characters, and so it's like we lost him, too.

B5 hasn't even been off the air ten years, and we've already lost two of the main actors. First Franklin, and now G'Kar. 8(
