Dude, you finally posted it.

Absolutely gorgeous and very very very Rose. I think the section with Mickey is my favourite, but I absolutely love the line she revels in the comforting hum of the TARDIS, where change is both constant and absent, and she learns. Change is home.

This is brilliant, a really clever concept and exceptionally well written.

My only nit-pick is the year 2000 bit about high school: unless things have changed drastically since my day, a 14-year-old would already be in High School (since age 11-12).

I love your writing style, and hope to see more like this :)

Sorry, I'm not really familiar with the UK education system. For some reason I was thinking that up to the age of 15 kids went to Middle School and then started High School at 15.
