Here's Your Caramel Sauce!

Good timing, I have been pondering whether I want to make solid caramels or sauce with my experiments with cardamom caramels.

Current thinking: Tim's current method of making cardamom gelato is to put a bunch of cardamom pods in some cream for a day or two. This makes it entirely satisfactorily cardamommy. So I am going to try just infusing the cream in that way and making either caramel or caramel sauce with it. Stay tuned.

Oh, yeeeeeesssssss...

Cardamom is one of my most favorite flavors. I add it to bread, brew it into my coffee... I'll bet it'll be spectacular in the caramel.
