My parents had unprotected sex on September 6th. I was born on May 25. I was 19 days late! If I celebrated all the work my mother did back in 1980 I'd suggest that we celebrate in tandem. Since I don't, though, I won't.

navratan korma is the best curry in the world.
but it requirtes a lot of ingredients, and I've never made one as good as tasty bite...
palak paneer is my second favorite, and much much simpler to make, paneer makhani is very rich----oh, you don't eat paneer... try palak tofu, but fry the tofu in ghee.... or if you don't eatr ghee, maybe you shouldn't eat indian food. more ghee is always better....yummmm

tadka dahl is safer for vegans. it's jeff's favorite way to eat dahl. I prefer a slightly americanized curried lentil soup for my dahl....I made some last night in fact, and I'm going to eat more tonight... but it needs more ghee!!

also you should try out different types of dahl, the little red ones, masoor dahl, are the easiest because they cook so fast and have a nice flavor on their own.
