Seriously, because ignorant American consumers have the right to know when they're not eating authentic foreign food.  This goes for egg rolls and burritos, too.  If only Chinese restaurants gave me red bean buns ( Read more... )

Lol...I worked in a Chinese restaurant. At the end of the shift, we'd eat the real Chinese food that we prepared for ourselves.

Thanks! I had a plan with the background and I didn't like the first version, so this was the second version. I got the original idea from listening to Jay's "青花瓷."

I'm not sure exactly how much authentic Chinese food I've had, but I've had some really memorable experiences with Asian food! (I'll never forget trying wasabi or red beans for the first time!)
