Interview and SNL skit

I found this SNL skit on one of my old tapes, and I thought that it would be a good contribution to the Cher-a-thon challenge.  It doesn't involve BoG, but it's one of my favorite George W. skits that Will did back when he was on SNL.  Here's the link:
