Items are mailed via Singpost. Prices are exclusive of postage fees.
We highly recommend our customers to opt of Registered Postage as it is a much safer option.
We will not be responsible in anyway if your item(s) go missing via normal/registered mail.
Registered Mail comes with a tracking number for you to track your packages whereas Normal Mail doesn't & there is no way to track it down if you do not receive it.
There is no guarantee that registered mail will not be lost. (But SingPost has proven itself trustworthy so far). Hence I am also not responsible for any parcels lost through mail.
