Awesome shots. Because of the white backgrounds and lack of shadows, Ruth looks like she's flying in the second shot. :D

I get exactly what you're saying about weddings. I was at the wedding of my oldest friend here in Cambridge (15 years!) on Friday and I've known the bride since the time they started dating and they live just two streets over so I know them really well. I have this photo of the bride's parents during the Best Woman's speech where you can just see how proud they are, especially her dad.

Thanks! Yeah, shooting weddings a great feeling. It's not for everyone, but I like it.

I love shooting at weddings (which I did Friday) rather than being the official photographer. Too much pressure, not enough fun.

I am the total opposite. I like being the official photographer. If I'm not, I don't even bring my camera. I just dance.
