They charge you by the week though? I've not encountered that before. O_o

Yeah, they tend to do that in weekly payments down here. An apartment would have been cheaper, but for an entire house and yard I think we got a pretty good deal. :)

It's worth a bit of extra money to have some space to move I think. Ya know... I think you pay less rent then I do and I live in a dinky apartment! >.>
