[private to self/hackable with skill]I can't believe I was so scared of the nightmare. It was even worse then back home. I was almost in tears. I am so grateful that Abby was there to talk to. I can distract myself and hide what I am feeling so much better when someone else is near me. Damn it! I felt so helpless
