My cats are in the process of hunting down a ladybug. I have mixed feelings about this. The other day irish_caffeine and I watched Lucinda do an amazing icky-bug takedown. It was a jump and smack deal against the glass door. She got some serious vertical air. That's my little Luchadore.

Well there's a sound I thought I had forgotten. Having two cats means squinting into the dark and saying, "All right, who's puking?" The one who runs away from it is the puker. The one who runs over to, um, inspect it is not. I hope you aren't reading this over breakfast. I'm going back to sleep.

My neighborhood has cute little brown bats. Being on the third floor, they fly around at eye level. They appear to live under the shutters of the windows on my floor. Nighttime is apparently playtime. How do two little things that weigh no more than 3 or 4 lbs each make so much noise? Nutty little things.

Yesterday when I got home from work the kitties came running to the door to greet me. We are making progress. =^..^=

Should I keep them? The names. I'm keepin teh kitties. I'm think of Henry and Anais or maybe Commodus and Lucilla since they're brother and sister. They are 9 month old gray and white tabbies. They are very likely coming home today or tomorrow. Yes! I CAN HAS KITTEHS.
