Actually, the study sounds bad on the surface...but there are several ways to interpret it. While some people tried to say that friends copy each other's behavior, according to a doc a Harvard, "It's more likely that being exposed to overweight people creates a new standard of acceptable body size." In other words, have chubby friends means you'll be more accepting of those of us who are not-so-skinny. So, I don't really see it as a bad thing. 8^D

Not necessarily. Some people are, but that Harvard guy I quoted seems to be disagreeing with that interpretation.
