Yep, this journal entry was written the day I was born. The day I popped out of my mama's womb. I clicked right on the old version of the internet that was just available to the Department of Defense at the time. And it was twenty years before Live Journal was even created

I can't recall having been on your journal in quite some time. I'm assuming you're using SiteMeter or a similar program. Let me see the IP, provider, and city of origin and I'll let you know if it's mine. Like I said, I think that it's been an awful long time, we're talking months if not over a year here, since I've been on your journal, but you never know. Insomnia and computers make for strange bedfellows.

Sounds like it could have been you then, eh? The IP was 65.190.206.19, and my tracker identified it as being the username blackpelican. Looking through all the public entries. Very weird, I thought, after all this time. As you say, well over a year. My only intention was to say hi if you're dropping by, I wondered what might have brought you over.

But if it wasn't you, then no harm, no foul. :)

That's not me, although I've got the same one on my IP Logger. January 9th around 11 Eastern Time (I don't know which time zone you're out of). I'm Verizon, out of Durham and the identity I've got on it is Road Runner also out of Durham. You got me as to who that is. Curious.

I don't recall ever doing much more than looking at your profile back when there were certain, uh, controversies going on, and it was mostly out of curiosity. In fact, I don't think we've ever really met. I'm Josh Ladd.

Sorry I didn't get back to you on this sooner. I actually haven't used this journal in about a year, except to write draft entries for my primary journal (yes, my ugly truth revealed - I don't write these things in one sitting). I transplanted the entries worth reading from here to Sirwingate. If you're still interested though, feel free to add me and I'll add you back.
