YESH! I'm happy, I think. I mean the degradation of the English Language as a Whole is definitely something to mourn (imo. However, I love the word ginormous and think it deserves recognition.
Even though it's not really a word. But it's not nearly as bad as "alright" getting put into dictionaries/writing guides as "okay, but all right preferred". That one makes me barf into my mouth a little bit.
Side note, I just added "ginormous" into my (Firefox?) dictionary. You know, the one that underlines everything misspelled in red. I think it's Firefox that does that. Maybe it's Windows? Eek. I don't know who is checking my spelling. That is something I should know. Okay, it's Firefox. I feel better now.
