I don't really get scared much, but in spiritual way, I still respect certain supernatural things, especially towards forests and mountains. Something about them always remind me that it doesn't like us disrespecting them. ^^;

I thought I sucked at writing this horror story, since I was tired and stuff orz

I feel the same way about the forest and mountains!
I used to leave in a mountain...and my room was positioned at the back,were I could see the path to go deeper.I got more scared when I heard about slenderman...It got worse.

But I know how you feel.I also respect them...^^;

I don't live close to both, but anyone who grew up in my state, no matter what religion they are or they are atheists, they all know that there is something more to the forests and mountains around more than it speaks. So people here tend to be careful. Such as logging companies building shrines in the area where they are logging to act as a communication to the spirit of the land and to be respectful towards the spirit. Or when you go for a wee, when it's towards a tree, you better say "excuse me" to warn the spirits in the tree beforehand.

My friends have teased me about the latter, but they don't know just how much respect that gives to the forest and mountains, so it's better to be safe than sorry. ^^;

Wow! That was fast! I haven't even thought about a story for my prompt yet! That was one hell of a creepy atmosphere in this fic - if I were those boys, I would move to another apartment house, pronto!

I was already in a bit of a mood to write some ghost stories that are either scary or a romantic reminiscence for a couple of ghosts. That, and the fact that as soon as I watched the video, I almost knew exactly what I am going to write owo;

O.O How could you!! My mom's apartment was exactly like that!! No 4th floor cuz the people that built it taught it was a bad number! Ugh..i'm going to use the stairs now when I visited her...

I think the 4th floor thing is more of an Asian superstition since we tend to associate the number 4 with death, so sometimes the number 13 doesn't give as much concern as the number 4. There were times where I go to buildings where they not only don't have the 4th floor, but also the 13th and 44th when they're that scared owo;
