I just love your characterisation of David here - I can totally believe this actually happened - heck, I want it to have happened! Neil is an utterly adorable dork, and I'm sure David's a sucker for it.

I'm maybe possibly maybe working on a semi-sequel at the moment. I was reluctant to post this earlier because it was so short, but I liked the little snippet of David's day that it gave. Then less than an hour after posting I realised what else could have happened... but it was separate enough that I figured "Well hey... just write another one!"

So there's that. :)
