I could do that, I don't know if it would be as good as you've done but as long as we have enough members I could manage it, summer has started - lots of free time!!
Would I choose the person every challenge? Also, what about banner making?
Use your imagination. You can have a poll for a new subject, you can decide...etc. If you want I can give you an help with banners. After the summer you will have the support of supc4ik
