Exactly! I was already writing this by the time last week's episode aired, but watching Foreman's abrupt change of tactics gave me a great reason to finish the story. If House did something to Foreman while they were in Atlantic City, it could explain both Foreman's attitude and Wilson's.
In a way I think this is much more a story about House and Wilson than about House and Foreman, despite the POV.

The thing about Foreman is, he could actually manage to look dignified while wearing a toga.
"I had your credit card and laptop for two hours before you woke up, so you've definitely sent him some appropriately contrite gifts. Those are just extras, though. Humiliating you, and providing photographic evidence of said humiliation -- now that's priceless."
"Wilson's too nice to want that."
But he'd take it. And enjoy the hell out of it!

And "Wilson's too nice" is a thought along the same lines as "House is the most rational guy I know." Understandable, but wrong wrong wrong.

And then last week's episode kind of confirmed for me that things in Atlantic City might not have gone the way Foreman expected, and my little fanwank could explain an awful lot about his sudden about-face, and Wilson's utter forgiveness.
