Jello Dragon Suite, Saturday after graduation

After graduation was over and after having talked to Annja, Gwynn, and Savannah, Eve headed back to her suite. She didn't have to be off-island for another day or two, so she was going to make the most of it by God. And that included enjoying the Jello Dragon Suite as much as was possible

Gwynn didn't even bother knocking. She just stormed into her best friend's suite, knowing that Eve wouldn't mind.

"I need something very alcoholic," she announced. A pause. "No beer or ale."

Eve just pointed towards the bar.

"Met your family, by the way."

Gwynn was over at the bar, peering at bottles. "Which of these will work the fastest?"

She shook her head. "Thrice-damned posturing... chauvinists!"

Oh yes, Gwynn had a vocabulary and was pissed off right now so that everything was just coming out.

"I like the vodka, but whiskey works. It's all the good stuff, anyway."

Eve sat up, looking at Gwynn. "What'd they do?" she asked. "They seemed nice enough when I was talking to them."

Tim knocked on the door, two bottles of Elven Wine in his hands.

[Elven wine is a magically emo-free drunk.]

Eve got up to answer the door. "Tim, hi!" she said cheerfully. "And ooh, you brought stuff, too!"

"Damn right I did. After a day like this, and the way Gwynn sounded over the phone, I figured some Elven Wine might hit the spot."

"I like the way you think," Eve said, laughing as she stepped back to let him in.

Having spotted Eve, Billy found out where she was staying so he could come say hey. He hadn't seen her in awhile.

And this would be Eve pouncing on Billy when she opened the door. "Damn, man, I haven't seen you in ages! That's not right!"

"Hey!" Billy laughed, not minding the pouncing in the least. Though it might be a good thing Zanya was nowhere around. "I've had a busy year. Which is my excuse."

"Okay, now you have to fill me in," Eve said as she finally stepped back to let him in. "You can't just say that and not give the details."

Manners, pfft.

Eve might've already been a teeny bit buzzed as she answered the door. "Hiii!"

"None whatsoever," Eve lied, grinning. "Come on in, have a drink. I even promise I won't give you the stuff that melted Gwynn's lungs."
