Quiet!Petunia had not lasted long. She had been replaced by ScreamingHerLungsOut!Petunia. Which just led to Exhausted!Eve by shortly after one in the morning.

"C'mon, little one," she pleaded. "Quiet down. Just a little? So Mama can at least curl up in bed?"

Another shriek.

She was tempted to cast a silencing spell on the droid.

Petunia blared and Eve groaned. "I hear the knock at the door, kidlet, you don't need to tell me it's there."

She made her way to the door and opened it. "Trade you the noisy one for the quiet one."

"Yeah, just for a minute," Eve said, stepping back to let Adam and his droid baby in. "Maybe she just wants to be held by someone different."
