Oh, honey, Jim Beaver is SO huggable! I think I squished him twice. Asking first, of course. He is made of 24 carat awesome, and I'll tell you and all the world about it when I get home and can brain properly and get my notes transcribed into actual like, blogging. But I got to hang out with fans and the Beav last night, and he's just ... you could SO sit with him at a summer barbeque and just talk about whatever. He is that real and that nice and that awesome.

Per Jared and Zilla ... heh. I got up in Jared's Q&A and had no question, so I told him (also) that Zilla remains in the SPN family. He said he was sad when he heard "he" was going *snicker* and asked me if "they" were going to fix Zilla up. I said you bet they were, and that Zilla now lives just out of Dallas and he's going to be loved and taken care of. Jared seemed really glad to hear that - remembering of course that, in real life, Jared is more car geek than Jensen. *G

I can't believe you took your question time to talk about the Old Man! Cannot. This is soo cool. *goes looking for video* P.S. Yes, as I was typing everything up, I realized that you and Sylvia have convinced me that this truck is a "he". LOL

Awww! *smishes* I'm not inspirational, I'm just utterly unable to act like a bashful person. *G* Besides, even though standing up so Jared was looking right at me omg! was deliciously terrifying, he also makes you feel just really comfy. And anyhow. I totally had no question to ask! I tried, but I got nothin'. So Zilla sprang to mind and I figured oh, why not. He honestly looked surprised that I brought it up, and then intent to know what I had to say, and his first concern really was that it would be fixed up.

So I'm glad and happy to've been able to talk to Jared about something that he hasn't heard at every other convention he's ever been to! Hee! Which means I get to thank you. *HUGS*

OMG, it would be awesome if you could show Zilla to the boys ... *dreams, sighs*

I thought it was lovely the way you described Zilla as starting up like an old man who's not yet had his morning coffee...so yeah, the truck is a HE. It'd need to be to get Papa W through the mud and the muck. : D

My biggest hope is that we'll have fixed it up enough by June to make him and Jensen feel better about the whole thing. We sure could use some help, though! Gas about killed us on the way home, even though the trip was totally worth it. :)

ooooooohh i did just see this post and have no idea what lila has written.

i must go to the hospital for tests in just a bit - i had to take a nap and overslept AGAIN and i FAIL but i WILL CALL YOU WHEN I GET BACK FOR SERIOUS.

i barely spoke to Jared or Jim - just 2 sentences each. yes, i promised jim bela/bobby fic & he laughed but then he looked embarrassed. and jared didn't say anything wrong i just saw the [dark] look in his eyes when he was trying to make nice about truck. he said, quote: "Yeah, I hope I'm in Dallas," and "Wow, I really miss that Truck. I really wanted to see them when they were there." Assuming that means you and your awsum hubby.

I WILL CALL. I PROMISE. Hopefully in a couple of hours at most.

P.S. Did Lila refer to Zilla staying in the "Supernatural extended family" or was she quoting Jared? Because when I first stood up in the Q&A to tell Jared about Zilla, I used the term, "in the Supernatural family" and I wondered if Jared adopted it, or if Lila just thinks in the same words as me. *G*

Maybe a little of both? I'm still confused as to which of you brought it up first. Either way, the whole family idea seemed to permeate the whole con and some subsequent questions, I've heard, so maybe you BOTH started something! :)

LOL, oh, I've been confused for most of four days! ;-) Well, it don't matter who said what first. I spoke to Jared at the Q&A, and if she saw him first, then she actually broke the news. It don't matter except that he knows Zilla went to a good and loving home. *Pets ginormous shiny truck fondly*

It's really disgusting how much I adore an inanimate object ... :-p
