I think we hadn't quite reached Salina yet. By that point, we'd run out three times accidentally (once outside Seattle in rush hour, yay; once on Rabbit Ear pass after Steamboat Springs; once near Kremmling) and another two or three on purpose that I remember less well... it was getting to be a running bet. LOL
