When was it that Dean told Sam that he would only say 'Yes' to Lucifer over his dead body?

Does anyone remember this? Am I imagining it?

The only time I remember Dean saying "over my dead body" is in No Rest for the Wicked, to Ruby in the basement...

SAM looks at him on that note but looks away quickly.

DEAN

Agree with the above comment - I think it was NRFTW, concerning saying yes to using his demon powers, to Ruby.

Now he implied a similar thing about Adam saying Yes -- here's the passage and see if that's what is tripping your memory:

5.18 Point of No Return

Dean: I’m not letting him do it.
Sam: Who, Adam? No, I'm... I'm not, either.
Dean: No, you're not getting me.
Sam: Oh, no, no, I "get" you perfectly. But I'm not letting you do it, either.
Dean: That kid's not taking a bullet for me. Sam: Dean ( ... )

I think maybe you're thinking of the start of 5.20

Dean: What the hell is wrong with you?
Sam: Dean -
Dean: Don't Dean me, you have had some stupid ideas in the past, but this! Did you know about this?
Bobby: What?
Dean: About Sam's genius plan to say yes to the devil?
Bobby: *nods*
Dean: WELL THANKS FOR THE HEADS-UP! You can't do this.
Sam: If that's the consensus.
Dean: All right, awesome. End of discussion.
