pain and suffering from damn shoulder shit!!!!!!!! god i HATE my shoulders!

well my life has kinda gone to shit latley....

thats because i have tendanitus in both shoulders so i cant swim and now from all the kicking im doing in practice my knee is starting to hurt really bad!

so heres the deal w/ my shoulder. i just started physical therapy yesterday. and i had an ultrasound done on my shoulders to get the blood flowing
