I seemed to spend most of today acting as a listening post for people bitching about stuff and each other. It's very wearing being the voice of reason. Then this afternoon I had the twin joys of CBT courses on health and safety and money laundering. Apparently, you can go to prison for not suspecting something when another person does. Shocked about the money laundering thing, that seems ridiculously unfair. But then again, the law is a weird and wonderful thing.

Yeah Insomnia is a pain in the ass but I've kind of gotten used to it.

Last night I went to bed at 5.15am and I literally had to drag myself upstairs as I really didn't feel like sleeping. Don't feel tired at all today despite less than 2 hours sleep, must be all the coffee I drink.

All I can say is, thank the lord for SPN/Jensen fandoms!

P.S. Off to fetch some new icons, you are so out doing me!
