Rape: A hypothetical question
...inspired by recent events, but not intended as speculation about them.
If a girl gets drunk with the expectation of possibly having drunken sex with one semirandom hot guy at a party
but discovers on becoming sober that she has in fact had drunken sex with several hot and not-so-hot guys at the party
Is it rape?
How can this issue be navigated respectfully? It's easy for these considerations to devolve into either sign-here-in-triplicate-before-sex impracticalities or into crass blame-the-victim witchhunts. How can these extremes be avoided?
