I know how you feel. I just had a nightmare about this very thing. Which is why I'm up on LJ at 4:00 in the morning even though I have to go to work in a few hours.

Maybe this is just the age where we come to know ourselves, including our weaknesses, and see how they affect those we are close to. It can be a difficult thing to swallow.
