Commons was great. I very much enjoyed all of my socializing and the company. I did miss quite a few of the usual suspects who didn't make it. Sitting on the sheet with everyone while watching the fighters was excellent. I just saw the most beautiful man on campus. I kept my distance becuase I was afraid that he was going to sound stupid. I spent a few extra minutes stirring the sugar into my tea so I could look at him. I spilled hot water all over my had. God. That was something I won't be able to shake out of my head any time soon. Beautiful.

I am sitting in the second to last Medicare and Medicaid law class and we are reviewing fraud and abuse issues. Stark laws. Anti-kickback. How to discern whether something is an inducement and illegal or just a legal encouragement. I hurt from this. My paper is still not done, but I had a breakthough in the research. Today is such a sleepy day. Between the rain outside and the chilliness of the house I have no real motivation to leave the bed. Plus, there really isn't a better place to read. I have spent two hours cleaning and rearranging furniture. Why? I have a paper to write. I spent an hour working on it and then cleaned for two hours. I will have to reverse this trend at some point. It is getting a little insane in here.

I am back! I had a wonderful time. More later. But as I spent a week in the mountains with ocassion trips to the beach I am going to the city today. Maybe pick up a thank you present for the grandparents.

A friend just called me as he had an extra ticket for the hockey game today and I am too sick to take him up on the offer. *pouts* I am still happy to have gotten the invite. Back to dying.

If not, I just feel like death. In every way. I am not going to leave my house today. I have a tendency toward fighting illness, but you can't headbutt the flu and I haev one week to be well. I can't sleep, so I am just going to sit in a semi-recumbant position and pray for this to be over.
