Nope, you're spot on. I'm pissed at him for exactly the same reasons. John Kerry didn't fight or speak up either, even when his own honor and record were being assailed. WTF? What does it take to get these guys to defend what they believe and is the reason we vote for them. As common citizens, we don't have have the "Bully Pulpit", but in order for a representative democracy to work, those we elect into that pulpit MUST use it. When they don't, they betray our trust and help make our democratic process ever more ineffective. Proving:
