I did! At the English website, quite some time ago actually. Maybe 2 weeks ago? They were going to send a confirmation e mail back to me if I were allowed to play and such.
I guess I'm not elite enough, cuz I've had no such confirmation e mail. Or maybe it will only be playable for people in certain countries.

"It will be the first English version of the game and will cater to the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, New Zealand and Brunei."
There's supposed to be certain criteria that they ask for when choosing applicants for the beta, but, I've been given no form to fill out for such a thing.
I dunno what the deal is, but I want me some!

Did you have to fill up a form? Also, did they require you to list down your computer specs or anything?

(it took me two weeks to hit 60 on a 10x rate test server)

I wish they would give more options for armour skins though. The lv 20-52, 52-72 armours all use the same skin ;;
