I like it, but...he sounds so different. His voice is so deep compared to the wedding video and Asylum. But then on the show it was deep, too. Weird. I think I'll have to listen to it a while and kind of get used to it. It's kind of hard to imagine that it's even his voice, but I'm so glad we finally get to actually hear him instead of him being constantly in the background.

Jensen was totally channeling 'Dean' when he recorded this. :) I couldn't picture Jensen sing it at all but once I thought in terms of 'Dean' I could. *lol*

Ah, that's it! I didn't think of it that way, but now it totally makes sense...

I've been wanting to hear that higher, softer voice Jensen does for the background vocals - that's what I associate with him - as lead, and this deeper lead just didn't quite fit the Jensen sound in my head, sexy as it is...

But Dean? Makes sense!! Maybe Jensen was channeling Dean for bravery and such...

Wow, this is AMAZING! I can't believe Jason actually got him to do this, because Jensen's so incredibly shy! I gotta say he has absolutely no reason to be, he sounds great! His voice is very soulful.

I know it will probably never happen, but I would LOVE it if Jensen did a musical. I absolutely adore musicals and it would be awesome to see and hear Jensen singing & dancing! That would be a dream come true for me.

Have you seen the video this person posted where Jason talks about the song? He said he actually had to DRAG Jensen down to the studio, hehehe. I love that Jensen's shy about this! I'm totally the same way, I cannot speak or do anytying in front of a large public without blushing to the very tips of my ears (which is totally annoying sometimes, I have to say).

I'm trying to picture Jensen doing a musical and singing and dancing...but I don't know if I can see that happening! :o :p

I hope Jason brings copies of that single to Asylum so we can buy one! ♥
