I sometimes dream of a smaller waist so I'd have more of an hourglass figure, but no. If my legs and arms looked like that I would think there was something terribly wrong with me.

eating yourself to death, starving yourself to death, it's all part n parcel of the same disease IMHO. What's the hardest is seeing that she's in the throws of it, knows it, feels powerless to do anything about it. She's given up on the living part of life.

I wonder if she's gone into treatment before or 12 step. It may sound hokey but i've seen those programs save lives.

yes, and it is shocking the things people do and think on those types of sites. A friend of mine, who is a recovering bulimic, had photos of hers used without her knowledge as 'thinspiration'. She was horrified.

wtf, anorexics are not that curvy. I've seen some pretty thin girls on the internet, but none of them have nice boobs and a waistline! I'm hoping photoshop. if not she has the wierdest body...

I think the nonchalant talking about anorexia or saying "I'm not skinny" is what crossed this over to wtf-land in my head. Sad, really.
